Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the refund, dispute, and cancellation conditions applicable to the services offered by Geckel Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ: 29.232.555/0001-40), including BizMaster and TCG Master.

1. Digital Services

Our products are digital services (SaaS – Software as a Service). We do not sell physical products, therefore there is no merchandise return policy.

2. Trial Period

Some of our plans may offer a free trial period. During this period, you can use the service at no cost. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, billing will begin automatically according to the selected plan.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the user dashboard within the respective service or by contacting contato@geckel.com.br.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the already paid period.
  • There are no cancellation fees.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days after the charge, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49).
  • To request a refund, send an email to contato@geckel.com.br with the subject "Refund Request", including your name, registered email, and the reason for the request.
  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days after approval of the request.
  • Refunds after the 7-day period will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disputes (Chargebacks)

Before opening a dispute with your card operator or bank, we ask that you contact us directly at contato@geckel.com.br. We will do our best to resolve your request quickly and amicably.

Undue disputes may result in account suspension until the case is resolved.

6. Unauthorized Charges

If you identify a charge you believe to be unauthorized, contact us immediately at contato@geckel.com.br. We will investigate the situation and, if the unauthorized charge is confirmed, we will process a full refund.

7. Plan Changes

You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the prorated amount will be charged immediately. When downgrading, the change will take effect in the next billing cycle.

8. Account Closure

When closing your account, all associated data will be kept for up to 30 days for possible reactivation. After this period, data will be permanently deleted, except when there is a legal obligation for retention.
